TVYS Foundation Dinner and Silent Auction
Once a year we gather together to honor our sponsors, donors and supporters with a formal dinner and music. We invite our community to purchase tickets and participate in our silent auction as well and all the proceeds go towards our operations. The Tooele Valley Youth Symphony is a non-profit 501 3 c organization in which donations are tax deductible and go towards bringing music to our youth and their families in our Tooele Valley.

Volunteer as The "Share The Love" Project Manager
This position involves several months of planning and will entail attending board meetings Nov- February as well as the following duties:

Work with the ticket sales, marketing director and other volunteers to ensure that our community knows about this event and is excited to attend.

Solicit donations for our silent auction and coordinate picking up, setting up and delivery of silent auction items. This work can be delegated but needs to be monitored.

Coordinate securing the venue and all needed items for the event (i.e. tables, linens, sound equipment, etc.)

Work with our CFO to track expenses and monies.

Communicate with all parties involved, facilitating all aspects of the event. Delegate when possible.
Donate Items for our Silent Auction and receive 2 Free tickets to our dinner as thanks:)
Show your support for music in our community by donating an item to be given away at our Silent Auction. This is your chance to spotlight what your business does or showcase a personal talent or egg on your competition to donate something more creative than you:) We love and appreciate all you do for our community! Come enjoy some beautiful music and a great time with your friends and family!
