TVYS Chamber Ensembles
Our chamber groups are run and organized by members of the Symphonic group. Student leaders are advised by directors but decisions concerning performance dates, rehearsals, sectionals and repertoire are made by the student leaders.
Chamber groups can be as small as a trio or as large as desired. Student representatives facilitate forming ensemble groups based upon the members interests. There is no fee to belong to the chamber ensembles groups and any funds earned by a performance of a chamber group goes towards the chamber groups needs (i.e. sheet music, supplies, transportation, uniforms, etc.).
Chamber groups can be invited to perform at any venue that the entire symphony would not be able to fit in or be available to perform in.
