Auditions for TVYS are held once per Semester
Upcoming auditions will be held on Saturday, January 13, 2024
Violinists come between 9 and 10 am
Cello, bass, and viola show up between 10 and 11 am
Winds (including SAXOPHONE), brass, and percussion audition between 11 am and noon
Anyone that can’t come at your assigned time, come between noon and 1 pm

Please contact us if you need to request an alternate audition date. To sign up for an audition, select “Register” in the main menu. This year, we will be holding auditions for all of our previous members as well as all new prospective players. Due to the Gershwin pieces chosen we will also audition for alto, tenor and baritone saxophones as well as drum-set percussionists. The total number of musician seats in the symphony are shown below. Seats are limited and can only be auditioned for when a seat becomes available.
